Why do I need to upgrade my email plan?
If you have exhausted the storage space in your email plan i.e. 500 MB for the FREE plan and 10 GB for PRO plan, then you need to upgrade your email plan to get more storage space
Who can upgrade my email plan?
The cPanel admin or the Email admin for the domain can upgrade the email plan. Usually, this is the user who has access to the cPanel hosting credentials or the one who has purchased the hosting.
You can reach out to your cPanel admin or email admin to upgrade your email to get more storage
What are my upgrade options?
If you are on the FREE plan and have exhausted your 500 MB space you can ask your admin to do one of the following:
- Option 1: Upgrade your entire domain to the PRO plan. This way all email accounts in your domain will now have 10GB storage.
- Option 2: Upgrade just your email account with a 5GB storage upgrade. This way you will just need to pay for the 1 mailbox upgrade
If you are on the PRO plan and have exhausted your 10 GB space you will have to as your admin to upgrade to the ULTIMATE plan and get 30 GB storage for all email accounts in your domain
Where can I upgrade my email plan or email account?
You can upgrade your email plan or email account from the Billing and Upgrades section in your Flockmail control panel. Just log into cPanel and click on the "Upgrade email plan" and select the upgrade you want
I deleted an email account with a 5 GB storage upgrade. How do I reassign the upgrade to a new email account?
You just need to contact our support team (tsosupport@flock.com) and let them know the mailbox you want the 5 GB space upgrade to be assigned. The reassignment will be done in 24 hours.
